Three Healthy Ways to Spend Australia Day

The first national public holiday of 2016 is just around the corner and the majority of us are lucky enough to have the day off work to spend with family and friends. There are plenty of different things you can do, from organised events to small informal gatherings and many of them can be healthy as well as fun.

1. Backyard cricket

There is nothing more Aussie than a good game of backyard cricket. 2. Dancing

3. Walking
